Deal triage
Reviews your active deal pipeline — dispatches read-only subagents for deep per-deal analysis (timeline, stakeholders, MEDDIC, risk), then ranks what needs attention and the next action for each.
Deal triage reviews your active deals. It dispatches a read-only subagent per deal — each with its own context window — to do the cross-referencing that's expensive to do by hand: the stakeholder map, the conversation timeline, MEDDIC qualification, and risk signals. It returns ranked, compact summaries so you can see which deals are at risk and what to do about each.
When to use it
A pipeline review or morning deal check: "review my deals," "which deals need attention," "at-risk deals," "deal health."
Invoke it
/deal-triageInvoke it in your harness; it ships with the Vruum plugin.
What you approve
The review is read-only by design — it never advances a stage, edits a deal, re-qualifies, or closes anything on its own. Every change happens only after you approve it, and batch actions are confirmed before they run.
