How I Actually Work

I spend about an hour a day on outbound. And I never open a sales tool.

I open Claude. Vruum is connected via MCP, so I just talk. “What's my briefing?” “Pull up the outreach queue.” “Show me the research on this prospect.” Claude fetches everything through Vruum's API and presents it in conversation.

Some days I direct Claude to research new prospects, digging into companies and people that match our ICP. Other days I'm triaging the outreach queue, reviewing AI-drafted messages and having Claude do a second pass on tone and copy before I approve. The whole operation runs through a chat window.
